Four pillars, one record

From the first conversation to the financial close.

Every module shares a connected business history, so what production gauged is what compliance files and what the ledger books. Review operations and accounting from their supporting records.

01

ERP & inventory

Items, material lots, storage locations, equipment, purchase orders, receiving, and full lot genealogy.

02

Production & compliance

Mash → ferment → distill → barrel → bottle, gauged in proof gallons, rolling straight into TTB and state reports.

03

CRM & invoicing

Contacts, companies, pipeline, quotes, sales orders, fulfillment with shipping-compliance checks, and invoices customers pay online.

04

Accounting & reconciliation

A real general ledger with periods, budgets, bank reconciliation, vendor bills, and fixed assets. Early access

The workflow

A complete distillery workflow. Built into your ERP.

Six steps, one system, no exports between them.

Lead & quote

Pipeline, interactions, price lists.

Sales order

Allocations against real lots.

Production run

Scheduled, gauged, costed.

Compliance

Production, storage, processing, state.

Fulfill & invoice

Ship-compliance check, pay link.

Close

COGS posted, bank reconciled.

Built for distilleries first

Compliance is the product, not a plug-in.

All three TTB monthly operations reports — Production (5110.40), Storage (5110.11), and Processing (5110.28) — generated from your own record with Pay.gov export, excise filing cadence (5000.24) tracked semimonthly, quarterly, or annually, transfers in bond, regauges, and state reports for California, New York, Texas, Colorado, and Washington. Review the source records behind each report before filing.

Distillery features

Lots are never gated

Material lots, spirit lots, genealogy, and gauging are in every plan. Traceability isn't an upsell.

History preserved

Every change is an event with a who, when, and why. Corrections append; nothing is silently overwritten.

Your data stays yours

Full export any time. Never sold or used to train machine-learning models. Provider processing is described in our Privacy Policy.

Integrations

Keep your operations and your accounting connected.

Use Sazi's ledger, or keep the tools you have.

Stripe

Sazi subscriptions are invoiced with a Stripe payment link. Customer invoice payments through a connected provider account are available when enabled; the customer remains the merchant. Sazi never holds your funds.

QuickBooks Online

Export journal entries as CSV today; a direct connector is built and awaiting Intuit approval.

Bank connection

When bank connection is enabled, connect your business account for bookkeeping and reconciliation — transactions only, never balances or lending.

Sazi sells software — not spirits, and not financial products.

We don't manufacture, sell, or ship alcohol, hold customer funds, or offer lending. You stay the proprietor of record; we make the record easier to keep.

Questions

Straight answers.

How does onboarding work?

We're onboarding by invitation so every new customer gets a real person during setup. Invitees are told plainly which features are new.

Do I have to move my accounting into Sazi?

No. Use the built-in ledger, export journal entries to QuickBooks, or run both while you decide.

What happens to my data if I leave?

Export everything, any time. After you close, we keep your records for three years so you can still answer an audit — or we erase sooner when you complete the verified deletion request.

When are breweries and wineries supported?

Brewery support (Brewer's Report of Operations, kegs, brewhouse process) is next on the roadmap. We'll publish dates when they're real, not before.

Software, by invitation.

invitation-only business software for eligible U.S. distilleries and beverage producers. Sazi supports ERP, CRM, inventory, production, compliance, invoicing, accounting, and reconciliation workflows.

Delivery is digital through an invited web application. Access is provisioned and administrators are invited by email normally within two business days of order acceptance.

Subscriptions are contracted under a signed order and invoiced by Sazi with a Stripe payment link; there is no self-service checkout. Published plans: Solo $125/month or $1,200/year (one user); Producer $200/month or $1,920/year (multiple users with roles, state reporting, Ledger included); Ledger $20/month standalone or as a Solo add-on; Enterprise quoted on usage and support.

United States business customers only. Customers must hold, or be actively pursuing, the federal and state authority required for their operations, and remain responsible for their permits, records, and filings. Sazi does not manufacture, sell, return, export, or ship alcohol.
