Distilleries
Built by a distiller who was tired of re-keying gauges.
Production, bonded inventory, and reporting share the records your team creates. Sazi prepares the reports; your business reviews and submits them.
Production, from mash to finished goods
Mash recipes, fermentation with repitch, batch and continuous distillation, blending, and bottling — each run gets a readable code and a full cost.
Barrels, bonded inventory & measurements
Fill, regauge, harvest; residency by rickhouse and rack; proof-gallon math straight from the TTB tables.
TTB reporting & compliance review
Production (5110.40), Storage (5110.11), and Processing (5110.28) reports generated from your record with Part V evidence rules, Pay.gov export, excise cadence (5000.24) tracking, and filed-period protection. Excise return generation is on the roadmap.
Transfers in bond
Authorizations, outbound and inbound transfers, receipts — linked to the order on the other side.
State reports
Review state-report data for California, New York, Texas, Colorado, and Washington. Your business remains responsible for confirming requirements and submitting its filings.
Shipping compliance
Zone rules checked before a shipment confirms; the fulfillment queue comes straight from sales orders.
Why it's different
The ledger is underneath, not bolted on.
Bottling costs connect to the configured accounting workflow. Customer payment links are available when the provider integration is enabled. When a run is reversed, it's reversed on an effective date with the reason preserved in the audit history. That's what "one view" means.
What you'll stop doing
- Re-entering gauges into a spreadsheet for the 5110.40, .11, and .28
- Reconciling QuickBooks against production at month end
- Hunting for which barrel a bottle came from
- Paying per seat for the staff who scan a barrel once a week
What stays yours
- Your permits, your filings, your decisions — Sazi drafts, you review and submit
- Your data — export any time, retained three years after you leave
- Your Stripe account — we never hold your funds
